Site and management down completely.

I have been getting notices through the night that my site has been down, then up briefly, then down again. Currently, trying to access my site either gives me a timeout of a 508 error. I tried to check it with DirectAdmin, and could not access most functions outside of file manager.
Couldn't get into Roundcube email:
DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

pHPmyadmin won't even open, and the Databases drop down on the right rail won't load.

Anyone else?

There's a lot going on right now with server issues etc,
and free accounts have limited support so it could take a while
before any staff members may reply.
