site blocked by an ISP

Users are reporting that they cannot access the site unless they go through a proxy. All of them have internet connection with Telmex, and I've read on the forum that they are blocking server Starka. Is going to be solved? Can I move to a different server in which there isn't that blocking?

If the block is set at your ISP, they are the only ones that could solve it as we have no control over what they do.

There's no options to move to a different free server, except terminate current and sign up again and hope to get to a new server. The only option to get a guaranteed move is upgrading to any of the paid option (Illuminated or Premium hosting)
