Site Builder is not showing under Software/Services in cPanel

When I log into cPanel, "Site Builder" is not showing up under Software/Services.

Please enable it so I can alter my web site.

I'm not aware of any TV advertising on x10Hosting. Are you referring to the small Google Ads on the x10 main pages & forums? Could you please elaborate
