Site Completely Down!!

I had a problem at www.deltabaycapital.com earlier where the problem was with WordPress database connection. Now, I cannot get to the site in any way. Not through ftp, Not through Cpanel and not through WP-admin. It is completely down. Please help!! Thanks!!!! The server is Lotus!!

Several servers are being modified and stuff this week while the admin change things up a little so it could just be part of this maintanance

It has been confirmed that the issues Lotus currently experiencing is related to the http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/110021-latest-news.html

Lotus is currently being moved onto a new server.
