I think it is rather plain. I'm not sure if you plan on changing that or not. It almost looks as if the page has no real structure. I'm not sure what you were going for but i think if you still want to keep it plain, just maybe a background color to the content(silver-ish/gray).

Isn't a bad start though.

Looks good, some links don't work though.

Maybe where you have that picture of an airplane on the top, you could get more images and make them randomly load a different each time you go to the website/page by using http://www.jscode.com/js_random_image.shtml

Yeah, i also was not fully aware of what the site was about. The site isn't finished so i can't really review it if is lacking content. Once you accomplish a little more we all will be able to review it better i'm sure.

It looks like it's not finished. Navigation menu has to be visual separated form header and the rest of the page.

Drop down menu background is same as the page background (white) witch is tron good cos you can't clearly see what's in and what's out of it.

Lower the red box on the right a little bit to align it with better with "Welcome" title to the left.

And please, use some colors man
