My site is http://techtreesystems.in/. It opens when i type http://techtreesystems.in/ into the url bar, but when i type http://www.techtreesystems.in/ it gives an error "website specified does not exist". i would like to know how to resolve this problem or what am i doing wrong. Is http://techtreesystems.in/ not the same as http://www.techtreesystems.in/?

Currently your domain does not appear to be pointed correctly to x10 and neither url is loading for me. You will need to verify you have the correct DNS settings set, either set your nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, or properly setup A records.

Technically the www subdomain is usually that, a subdomain and is usually treated differently from the main domain. In the case of X10, we point both(With www and without www) to your account so it will work.

Thanks for the quick reply

My dns are pointing to dns1.bigrock.in, dns2.bigrock.in, dns3.bigrock.in, dns4.bigrock.in by default and cannot be edited. i have added two records pointing to ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com.
It also has three A records by default which can be edited. Those are: techtreesystems.in destination ip address 66.98.145.18, www.techtreesystems.in --> 66.98.145.18 and *.techtreesystems.in
-->66.98.145.18.
What changes do i need to make?

66.98.145.18 <-- Not the IP for your server, your server, Boru, have the IP: 69.175.121.66 which is what should be set as an A record.

Also, it may cause confusion to have our name servers mixed in with the rest, unless all subdomains you add in your domain control is also added to your account with us, and vice versa.

I can see your site just fine on techtreesystems.x10.mx.

If you still have problems seeing that, please try clearing browser cache and possibly also dns cache. New domains, or changes to domains, can take a few hours, up to 48 hours to be fully active across the world.
