Site down, BUT only certain times ?

OK I know you are all going to say you should read other posts but i do, Also my site does work and you will reply say o your site works.. I know it works BUT at certain times of the day FOR ME it does NOT work and don't say flush your DNS ,ect ,ect cause I have tried and clearing my cache, even another computer and even reseting my router to get a new IP does not work. I have no idea why?

Maybe if you checked the server status, your server might be down?
