site down / cannot access site (boru)

My site has been down since Jan 27 (+8 GMT)
I cant login to cpanel either. My account is unsuspended as well.
Is something wrong with boru?

Can you please do a tracert to boru, we got a ticket up with the DC as it is not only one that it fails for?

If you are on windows: start->run, type in cmd press ok. In the command line interface type: tracert boru.x10hosting.com and hit enter.

One for the IP: 69.175.121.66
and on for the IP: 69.175.121.68

The later does work my end, and is a secondary IP for the server.

sorry.. I still cant access my site.. is there anyway to access it (or cpanel) thru the secondary IP?

cpanel you should be able to access on the secondary, the site itself is a bit more tricky, as the domain does point to the main IP.

http://69.175.121.68:2082 should let you login to cPanel.
