I've tried Firefox and Chrome but it's not finding the page and cPanel doesn't load

but nothing posted on status.x10hosting.com so I'm not sure what the problem is

The connection has timed out

The server at sperko.x10host.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

My prime account website was down completely as well earlier today...also no cPanel or FTP access. Now, as of 0244 UTC, cPanel and FTP are back up, and the well-known Varnish 503 Backend fetch error is appearing. These most recent events likely mean that they are close to having everything back up and running.

And now at 0257 my site is fully back up and running, as predicted :)

My site is not working it says error 404
As a temporary way around this problem, please add the line "RewriteBase /" to your .htaccess file in cPanel, though I have been told by higher staff that a permanent solution for this problem is being implemented shortly.
