Site down, no cpanel access

I can log in to Account Portal and it states, that my "account is active and ready for use", but I cannot log in to cpanel. Neither I can access my website. downforeveryoneorjustme tells, that it's just me.

Is something wrong with my account?

Could you please PM me your IP address if you are still unable to access your website? The server firewall might be blocking it.

Sure. This is not public IP, so no one else could use it.

I have unblocked your IP. It was blocked due to 5 failed cPanel login attempts in just 5 minutes. Are you having issues remembering your cPanel details?

I was trying to access email box without a password. I think that I could jump to web mail of any account from cpanel without entering password. So it seems that I'm wrong...
