Site down since migration error 500

Hi,

My site is down with "HTTP ERROR 500" since Xmast, since the migration, I was specting the error to be fixed since the code was not touched sine longe time but it hasn't.

What is the problem?

Most likely it is due to wrong php version, all accounts were set to version 7.2 with the migration.

If you have a script that uses the older mysql_connect command you would need to either update the scripts, or switch php version to 5.6. The function for mysql_ was removed with 7.0 and was before that listed as a depreceted version.

You can change the php version under "Extra Features"
