Site down unable to log in

My site is down
I have had this message when trying to log in: Any account that has not been accessed since September 3rd, 2021 must do a password reset.

my problem is my account uses an old email which I do not now have access to.

There is currently the unfortunate state that your server is not yet fully restored, so for the moment we have limited means to verify ownership.

Assuming you have ftp, or DirectAdmin, access; once the server is done please upload/create a file called x10hosting.txt with the new email address in it and I'll change it in the system.

If you would not have access to those we'll take it from there and verify by other means.
