Site Down !!!

when i try to access my site i get this notice

This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (License not activated)

My site is on the Vox server,

Its not !!! now i get

The license issue is solved, the mySQL problem I was not aware of at the time of posting the above.

I have alerted an higher admin to the issue as my access to that particular server is a bit limited at the moment, a consequence of the previous license issue no doubt.

oops!! my site is back up but the file manager in the Cpanel is not working ?? not sure how that works ?? Still need help
