Site down?

I am a new user, so maybe the answer is give it time. I am trying to use an add-on domain registered through GoDaddy and pointed the nameservers here as instructed. The site worked for a couple hours yesterday afternoon, but now all I get is "This page can't be displayed." Is there a way to know if the server is down or is there something more I need to do? The main domain, which shares the same root directory, comes up just fine.

Your addon domain appears to be loading fine for me. Please could you try clearing your cache and flushing your DNS?

Thanks for the reply. I had tried that a few times. I think it just needed someone else to take a look- it's all running fine now.
