My websites are currently all down. I created a new one with no information on it and still could not access it. Is there something I need to do on my end? I know that the servers were migrated this weekend.

Hi pinnacl8,

I'm able to access your account's main domain fine. Please could you provide an exact link to the page having issues, and the error message you are receiving? :)

Thank you,

Hi pinnacl8,

I can access the link fine, and your IP address doesn't appear to have been firewalled. Could you please run a traceroute to the website and give us the output? :)

Thank you,

Hi,

Please try run the commands for just your domain name alone, like this:
Code:
ping pinnacleofawesome.x10.mx
tracert pinnacleofawesome.x10.mx

Thank you,
