When trying to access the site the message "Apache is functioning normally" is all that shows, this is due to an issue with our SSL certificate? If so can we ask for this to be fixed by removing it from our account?

The redirect should clear soon, you might need to clear your local cache. I also sorted so that even if the redirect is there you get to the actual site (although you will get a certificate error as it would attempt to use the server certificate which has a different url).

SSL was never officially supported for free hosting, although one or two of the cPanel servers had it on for a bit after an update.
