My Education site is completely down.
It's in Lotus server. As i get this ip 69.175.120.10
Well lotus server is already transfered i guess?? Requesting support

As per the corey's post, Even though your account is transfered to new server and pointing to new ip, It may be down due to the big work is going in the back.

If you get that IP, it does indeed seem like your account has moved, that said it is not entirely certain that all accounts are moved yet, even so they are likely not all moved yet.
This means that during the time of transfers there will be high stress on the servers, both the new and the old. Unfortunately this does lead to disruption in service, the server doesn't always respond due to the stress.
