Resolved Site issue + Admin issue 'Apache is functioning normally'

I've been getting the message 'Apache is functioning normally' when attempting to access my site for a while now. I thought it was because of migrations because I can still login to the admin area and my account has not been suspended or deactivated and I've not had any emails that I can tell.
My login greets me with 'Welcome back', but the admin panel is stuck with the message 'sign in successful. Please standby while...' 'An error has occured forwarding your sign in. Retry.'

Ive seen on other threads the first error may be because my account has become inactive and purged and it's entirely possible I hadn't logged in for a while, but I don't seem to have suspension emails, and have logged in on and off to see if the system had started working.

So, what's up with my account and can it be fixed? Thanks

You are correct; your last login before the purge was December, which would have made your account eligible for suspension in January and deletion before February. The purge happened in March, then restorations were being made at the end of March. We're past the official restoration window now. In the future, please don't depend on emails which can be sent to spam, blocked, or as in this case, not sent.

I'm requesting an admin look at your account.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

Thank you both! All appears working now.
I've had the site for 8 years and it doesn't do much but I've always managed to keep it active. Have added a calendar reminder too now.
