http://sample.elementfx.com doesn't show home page...
Is that on purpose?

The domain shows what "it is told to" show. The start page of your site must be named index.html, index.htm or index.php to automatically load up when someone types in your domain in the browser.

Our servers are linux based, as opposed to windows, linux is case sensitive and will consider Index.html and index.html (note the case of the i) to be different while windows would consider them to be the same.
