Site Not Loading... Need immediate help !!!!

My site www.ptc-examiner.info is not loading up. it giving up the error.

I can see the page fine. Please try clearing your cache, flushing your DNS, and checking your firewall/router settings/etc.

even this link is also not working.... My site was working fine 15 min. ago.
