site not working due to ip address

Dear x10 hosting I'm writing to inform you that my website doesn't work under the following ip address

198.91.81.3

After having to reload my website 3 times and getting errors this is getting old .

Help me now

When going to your main domain name, I see an empty directory listing. Please could I have a link to the page you are having trouble with?

Now I can't even park the domain back to your system because every time. I've tried to do this it tell me the ip address isn't pointed to our server's and this was after removing it from your service and test another until someone replyed back. so even if i move my current domain back here i would still be out of luck .

What domain are you trying to add? Is it definitely pointing to our nameservers?

Our nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

I have removed it from the other hosting service at this time

ps. Name server's don't work with my domain system only ip address

Update : got it working after searching namesever area on my domain system . it was hiding from me.
