Would seem as the domain you have set as your main domain is not a registered domain.

http://co.cc is a third party domain provider, you would need to register the domain with them (they are free), and then configure the domain to point to our server, we recommend setting it to user our name servers: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

What error, if any do you get on accessing cPanel, and what URL are you using when you try to access cPanel?

I see "startuppage" . If that is your site, try clearing browser cache and history and perhaps flushing your DNS.

One problem is that sometimes "old" DNS information gets stuck in part of the Web and it takes up to 24 hours for the "old" information to get discarded and new, up to date info retrieved.

Good to see that you can view "startuppage" That was a test page.

Still have same problem tho.

I did switch back to techandinfo.x10.mx in case cc domain was an issue.

Still can't log into cpanel or see the site. Tried this on a few computers w/ different browsers.

It is as if it isnt pulling any ip address at all

no error, just hangs and doesn't responds like the server is down.

Any help appreciated so I dont have to start over with new acct.

Thanks

With the new URL I see the startuppage again.

Try adding ?fooooo to the end of the URL to bypass ISP caching.

Thanks

it must be my isp

But, I tried the ?foo trick and that did not work

I did try an online proxy anonymizer and it came it up

Could the isp be blocking? (unlikely)

or any other ways to fool the isp cache? Hate to have to call, wait on hold forever...

It is not your ISP. Found your IP to be blocked by the firewall, with the following reason: Failed cPanel login from [IP here].

I have removed the block, you should now be able to see your site
