Site not working

I am trying to connect to my website (revox.x10.bz), but I cannot connect, cPanel isn't working either. I get the connection timed out page. By the way, I ended up accidently using a proxy when registering, I didn't realize it was running. I am wondering if that could of caused it.

Your personal IP address was blocked in the firewall for 5 failed cPanel attempts in just 5 minutes. I've unblocked it now, but are you having difficulty remembering your cPanel credentials?
