Requires Staff Site not working

Hello,

My site has stopped working for some reason. It is connected to the x11 server
x10 domain: http://andrewwong.x10.mx/
pointer: andrewwong.tk (since I am using cloudflare as the intermediatry)

The error I get is:
This site can’t be reached
andrewwong.x10.mx took too long to respond.

Any help would be appreciated!

did you add it as a pointer of andrewwong.x10.mx ?

did your website work as andrewwong.x10.mx before ?
did you do anything just before it stopped working ?

staff could take a look at this but it could be a while for a reply.

Yes. andrewwong.tk is a pointer of andrewwong.x10.mx
It's been set for several years, so I don't know why either domain stopped working.

did your website work as andrewwong.x10.mx before ?
did you do anything just before it stopped working ?

I don't actually know because I usually use the pointer. It worked when I first set it up years ago.
The odd thing is that I would assume that andrewwong.x10.mx should be working as that is the default if the pointer has an issue. But I can't seem to access it.

The only thing that changed was that the pointer domain expired and it took about 2 weeks to get it reset.

Yes, I needed to reset the cloudflare DNS settings.
The settings I'm using now:
domain nameservers -> cloudflare
Cloudflare A record -> 198.91.81.11
