I am also seeing this with dereklau.elementfx.com and positive.elementfx.com. And I just created my site yesterday and I'm only using 35MB of space.

I have changed my index.html file.

Interestingly, this problem does not occur when I use a subdomain (www1.kustomtek.co.uk) so it only happens with the URLs http://www.kustomtek.co.uk and http://kustomtek.co.uk

Yup, just upload all my files via FTP.... because my index.html is suppose to redirect to Welcome.html but when it gets to Welcome.html it says 404

my servers cossacs and my site is down also

it is strange though - my index page redirects to site/ after displaying a javascript alert.

I see the javascript alert - but get a page does not exist on the redirect.
(so the site is technically up)

I hope data hasn't been lost or you guys are gonna have a hard time with all the users that didn't have the sense to make backups...

Same problem here.
My account is tnl2k7, I'm also on cossacks and I get redirected to the same address as everyone else. My site is http://www.oblivionweb.x10hosting.com/. Any idea whats going on? :dunno:

EDIT: I do have an index.html file, and I have edited it recently. As of 15:07 GMT it's still happening.

Sometimes, it wont even connect. I dont know if this is contected to the cossacks issue.
