Hello since friday i have been experiencing issues with my site not showing, i have an account on Lotus, it may be the result of DNS propagation. I noticed i was able to login to the web disc on Sunday evening, but continue to experience issues past this time so this is why i am contacting support. I am concerned because everything was working fine before your migration. Please help! Antonio

The dns propagation may take time. So try again after some time. flush the dns , browser cache and try

thank you for your swift response, im unsure of how much time to allow should i wait hours or days? i also see what you see when i shorten the address please look at the full address http://www.trillionaire.x10hosting.com/socialnetwork/ as before the whole site was working but now its a blank screen.

could you tell me if this is just a DNS problem or is the mysql effected as well? thank you very much . Antonio

During the server migration here and there downtime is expected but it is won't stays long.

Once the dns propagated it works fine. And the mysql is not effected as per my knowledge.


The mysql database host should be "localhost" not "mysql-lotus.x10hosting.com" check it.
