Site slowes or crashes

Hello, my site rgl.x10.mx is very slow even some times (actually few times a day) stopping from working/crashes...
is it normal(?) or due to it's a free host?

Sorry abut the delay in response and delay fixing this issue, it should now be resolved. There was a small issue with the servers http. It's now been restarted and you shouldn't have any more problems regarding this issue. Your site is now loading perfectly fine.

Are the x10.mx domains using the same servers or something?

Because a lot of my visitors have been complaining that my page is also slow to access or totally inaccesible some times.

I am even having problems with timeouts when trying to post blog entries etc at time.
