Site still down?

Hello
My site (starserver . x10 . mx) has been down for weeks.
I was told to wait and check the posts on status . x10hosting .com, but nothing has changed there. To my information the Lotus server is being moved to Litespeed or something.
Can someone explain me this, I need my forum
