Site still not functioning

Hey there,

Sorry my site is still not working. My cpanel link sends me to https://getupdated.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

I asked if this could be fixed and was told it could take up to 24hours but 4 days on its still not been fixed.

Any idea when this is likely to be sorted? My site has been down since the start of July.

Someone was going to fix it within 24hours....and that was 5 days ago.

Hello, your site needs to be manually restored as there seems to be no backup file. An admin will have to deal with this, i'm escalating this ticket. Please do not keep creating new tickets. We will get to yours eventually.
