site suspended for high resource usage?

hi, ive tried to unsuspend my account using the account panel, it says unsuspension is immediate if i click unsuspend but my site is still frozen, also im wondering how the site could be flagged for high resource usage considering there are only a few people that acccess the site per day,

Your memory usage was slightly high, as were the number of concurrent processes.

If you have any cache related plugins to your wordpress blog those might be the cause, cache related plugins are known to be resource intensive, wp supercache especially.

i dont believe i have any cache plugins on wordpress, was just a straight install with some themes and basic facebook integration, but ill check it out after i return from work later, thanks for the fast responce anna
