site suspended

I'm trying to unsuspend my site at ocpi.pcriot.com

When I login to the account management panel - clicking on hosting shows:

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

* An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
* A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
* You have never had a hosting account.


Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.

I'm sure it was suspended because I didn't login to the forum but there is no option on my support panel to unsuspend it like before.

I've already read that and searched the forum for a fix for my problem - this is why I opened a support request. I have no way to reactivate and obviously need other help. I'm not given an option to reactivate at all.

Now your account seems to be linked .So can you try now to unsuspend yourself.
