Site Suspended

My site (www.liammullane.com) has been suspended since Saturday 17th July. As instructed here I am posting a support thread to have it restored. My username is liamm.

Site is back up but FTP doesn't work, I can see files but am unable to upload

I've been connecting to the server I was connecting to before (liamm@liammullane.x10hosting.com). Maybe this is the problem? If so, what is the new host?
