hey there my site has been suspended due to using something called shell scripts, can somone please notify me of what these are and also re-activate my account and I will remove them?

Shell scripts are scripts that are meant to be ran on a linux or unix computer/server. Due to their nature (they can access the filesystem and other sensitive or protected information and locations) they are prohibited on the free servers. I believe this type of suspension is zero tolerance. I'll see with staff and keep you posted.

Alright thanks, i still don't have any idea what they are or why they would be on my site. Please let me know asap as I will change my hosting provider, i have been with x10 for nearly a year and never had this problem and havent added any new codes since I have had my site hosted here so I haven't got a clue what has to be removed thanks again

This is a zero tolerance suspension. You won't be un-suspended.
