from what i can see you have a recent history of not logging in every 30 days as required.
which resulted in the same termination before.
the last time suspension and termination was in July for inactivity.

staff will need to review this request if they can recover your files or not.
it may take time before staff replies.

Unfortunately, we can not recover accounts that are terminated for inactivity. You should have received at least a dozen emails from us stating this action would happen prior to it being terminated.

You are however, free to signup for a new account in which you should be able to use the same domain name.

thank you for your answer but is it possible to recover the data of the site in order to transfer it on a new domain name or not at all

as Eric stated you can not recover from a terminated account that was terminated for inactivity..
