Are you using https://x10hosting.com/sso/main for logging in? The old links to something.x10hosting.com:2083 do not work. Please do not bookmark your DirectAdmin (cPanel replacement). If you do not use the link, you may get suspended for inactivity.

The site works fine for me as well.

As for DirectAdmin, what happens when you try to login? And are you logging in through the account panel which is the recommended method?
