Site unavailable / 500 internal server error

for the last month or so this has been an ongoing issue. is this something being looked at as its pretty annoying for everyone having to reload the website 5-10 times just to get in.I understand earlier there were issues with people breaking the tos and hogging bandwidth, is this still the case or is it something else? it used to work almost spotless up until about a month ago. im on starka if thats any help to you. Maybe its time to look at other hosting options for me. i realize i dont have much leverage as im not a paying customer but this is starting to get ridiculous.

Hey mudgho,

There are a few possible reasons for 500 ISE's. The first big one is wrong permissions. All files should be set to 644 and all folders 755. If any files are 755 or 777 it could cause the server to give you this error.

Secondly the server you are on was having a few problems last night with serving web pages, currently we have resolved these issues and your site is loading perfectly fine for me, i have been clicking it for the past 5 minutes, around the site and have been unable to locate any 500 errors.
