site will not load

My site will not work, it is on the absolut server, proxies and the services up/down topic says it is working, my site is compgenius999.co.cc, what is wrong with it? it just won't load, i've even tried checking if the absolut server is up by going to absolut.x10hosting.com which didnt load, but i still get this error on my site:

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

I've messaged corey with my ip, no reply, since both proxies and search-bots like googlebot report it is working, i think i got ip banned some how

I was blocked by the firewall, they unblocked my IP
