Sitebuilder Contact Form Broken

I've used Sitebuilder to construct a basic site. I kept the basic contact form on the "Contacts" page of the template I selected. I went into the properties and customized it with my email address. In testing it as if I were a customer searching the site, I do not receive email notifications when I supply an email that is from gmail or yahoo. I only receive notifications when I input non-standard email addresses such as corporate email addresses. Is there a way that I can remove this apparent filter so as to get all emails submitted through the site?

Perhaps someone could just offer an idea about what developer I could contact to report a bug?

Thanks for reporting this. I'll take a look at it, and see if I can replicate the bug.

If I can, I will contact the developers of the sitebuilder.
