Sites not working

My main account page does not load, all I keep getting is the x10 welcome page. Using Cpanel, the x10 welcome index page is not there, only my index but it does not load.
I have a subdomain I use for uploading weather data to. All I get there is 500 error. I've change all folders to 755 permission and made sure all files are 644. Can't get them to work. site address is

In your public_html folder, the welcome page is named 'index.html'. If you see this file, delete or rename it.

The only index file in Public_html is mine but your welcome page still comes up when accessing the site.
I'm still the 500 errors on my subdomain. All folders are 755 and files are 644, there is no .htaccess file, I don't know what the problem is.

Sorry i just checked and my index file is now finally working but my subdomain for my weather is not. It's now redirecting me to an x10powered site with a 500 error that says the domain has expired.

I see a lot of other people having the same problem that I've been having for the past 2 days. My main site is now working ok but my subdomain is not. I keep getting the 500 error. I do not have an .htaccess file, I'm not running scripts, and the permissions are all set ok.
Please help with this!
