The site appears to be up and running, but downloading (some) files takes ages. For example http://jetjesstrijk.x10.mx/13juni2015.nl/images/image004.png which is a simple image of a few hundred KB.
I tested using various connections and browsers. I do not have an issue with downloading from other sites, neither did I have this issue before.

Do others have this problem as well? Would be great if this can be fixed :).

How long does it take for you to download it?

@pietje63 Spoke with my in IRC -- we believe there is somethign in his local network that is blocking the connection, as a traceroute is timing out at internal IP addresses.

@Corey : either 30 seconds or not at all.
@leafypiggy thanks again

Today I figured out that traceroute does not work for any site/IP at my computer.

I now tested traceroute on various sites
http://www.monitis.com/traceroute/
* not working from US, EU or Asia. Other site (e.g. tweakers.net) are working; last hop is aswg1.c09.r05.s101.chi03.si
http://ping.eu/traceroute/
* not working "No reply for 3 hops. Assuming we reached firewall."
http://traceroute.nmonitoring.com/?ip=13juni2015.nl&pingsub=1&ln=en
* not working, last hops aswg1.c09.r05.s101.chi03.singlehop.net (67.212.183.74)
https://www.uptrends.com/nl/tools/traceroute
* Working last hops
518 125 122 agg1.c13.r05.s101.chi03.singlehop.net 67.212.190.250
11 94 95 94 aswg1.c09.r05.s101.chi03.singlehop.net 67.212.183.74
12 94 94 94 xo3.x10hosting.com 198.91.81.3
http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/visual-tracert/
* Working (second time, first time time out) last hops

8. singlehop.net
ca.gif
9. singlehop.net
unknown.png
10. x10hosting.com

In summary and as follows from the following link the site appears to be available for some but not for others. http://tracert.com/run?host=198.91.81.3&gw=49&gw=86&gw=82

Can you go to ifconfig.me and email/PM me your IP address?

We really do need a traceroute from your computer, as that would show us any possible network issues between your side and our side. I do believe this still may be something inside your network.
