Slowness And Time-out

Hey when try to login in to my cpanel or my site it runs real slow and it times out on me and i dont know why i know its not my internet connection. cause it runs fast on other sites?
it been happening to me for along time and i dont know why

No, lotus http seems to have gone down, it should come back up by itself quite quickly. I'll be watching it closely.
