SMTP Error (-1): Connection to server failed.

i am in urgent need to send back an e-mail via the custom domain mail id... but it's not working It shows me this "SMTP Error (-1): Connection to server failed."
Please Help!!!!!!

No, from roundcube, my email id is volunteer@.....jk.org

I can't seem to find anything wrong with the server. I'm waiting on an administrator to look into this.

I'd like to point out that this is free hosting, and that we do what we can, when we can. Asking us to fix it "asap" is fine, however "as soon as possible" could be hours, or a day.

Why don't you reply from your personal email account?

Also, try using an email client beside roundcube, such as horde.

its for a non profit organisation & i can't use my personal id for that purpose.
i tried using horde too but it also displays the same message.
