SMTP outgoing server problems

Hi, since the move of Cossacks I have been having problems sending emails. Receiving emails from our email accounts is working fine, just sending is the problem.
All the settings appear to be correct in Outlook. I have tried using POP3 and IMAP.
Forwarding accounts are also working fine.
I am using Outlook 2007 and Outlook is giving me this error code - 0x80042109

I have tried using both
mail.avant.elementfx.com
cossacks.x10hosting.com
I have ticked the box in Outlook, the outgoing server requires authentication as well.

Hi, I have worked out what the problem is. I recently changed ISP and my new ISP blocks port 25, is there an alternative port for mail.avant.elementfx.com.

Hello, you could try using 465 (SSL only) i am not sure it will work, but it's worth a shot.

^ Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Sorry for the long time to respond. Unfortunately I tried with 465 and it didn't work. I tried 465 before as well on the off chance due to it being a commonly used port.
