SMTP Port Blocked for Outgoing Mail

Hello, I'm trying to use the Softaculous installation of the Form Tools software on several sites that I host/manage with x10hosting and have been having an extremely hard time getting the service to function properly on. It could be possible that the port (465) is blocked on this end...since all of the settings are correct via the module (Swift Mailer) and the software itself which is hosted along with each of the sites here.

Hi,

We do not allow you to use a remote SMTP provider to send emails on our free hosting service. Instead, please use our own internal mail server, through PHP's standard mail functions.

Thank you for the reply. That's a bit unfortunate, but at least I'm not crazy...I was pretty stressed out trying to figure out what I had gotten wrong with configuration.
