Is there something wrong with the mail servers, I cannot send/receive any mail from my domains.

It should work now.
The mail server was down.

Is it down because since this morning I have not been able to send/receive any mail from any domain.

(It has never worked since signup)
The only red dot on the server status is on Exim, but it has been like that since sign up and I don't know what that is.

Hello, i am not able to bring it back online, we always are bringing it back online but due to the amount of spam we are experiencing major downtime with exim.
