Only have one issue: upon first creation of ftp account, the main account lacked the directory path after the first slash: /. Problem not presented in the secondary account, which has full path description: /public_html/....... an so on.

Limitation is I cannot access the directories in the main account, only in the secondary one, but from which I cannot access the main directories due to permission restriction. So, locked in.

Attach an image to display the problem.

Anyone with the same problem and a solution?

when I looked at the attached image it says in the legend that your root directory is /home/pablomo

did you try accessing your ftp with that path?

If you create a ftp account (or if one is automatically created) for a subdomain, parked domain, or addon domain, that account is limited to the files for that domain.

For example if your primary domain is foo.com which is /home/user/public_html/
and your secondary domain is bar.com which is /home/user/public_html/bar

ftp for foo can reach bar, because bar is in a subfolder of foo, but bar can't access foo because foo is in a higher level folder.
