Hi,

I'm sorry, but I'm not so sure that I understand your question. However, at a glance, it looks like you have upgraded to an x10Premium account. Unfortunately we cannot help with x10Premium accounts on our forums. Please ask any questions from within your Client Area.

Thank you,

Please check that your domain is pointing correctly to the server, you may use tools such as: http://network-tools.com/ or http://intodns.com/

Also, have you cleaned up your web-browser's cache? http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
It might be very useful as well as flushing your workstation DNSs

This is for Windows:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc781949(v=ws.10).aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

And for Mac:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202516

Also you may want to try testing your domain through a web-proxy, or a third resource, like http://ping.eu, that will tell you where your domain is currently resolving.

Regards.
