So many problems with my cpanel..

btw hi everybody I'm a new here :)

is some problems with my cpanel account. 1st there no images for an actions. 2th the actions does not work. i can't do any changes there. after adding the domain it does not appear in the domain lists and after trying to add it again cpanel says that this domain already exist :nuts:

so.. cpanel server cossacks.x10 and my account name jessica. fix this problems please :happysad:

Yeah I created a free account this morning (5 or 6 am at latest) and Cpanel and ftp both aren't working for me as well.

so, can anybody explain or fix it ?
Edit:
I think, when support ticket system leads to the forum - it's just a loosing of the time. goodbye, and can delete my account. it sux

The support system leads to forum because so many problems can be fixed here itself. If it has to be sent to admins then only the thread escalated to support system.

Simply saying that the both the systems integrated.


Regarding your account, It is the problem with the server and the admins are working to fix it.

I don't know about the rest but it keeps throwing fatal errors out in the cpanel. I think that is why its not working.

It seems like there is a bug in cPanel, and admins are workin on fixing it
