Softaculous missing some apps?

I'm trying to install Dolibarr through Softaculous, but it's missing from the list. It is, however, available through the official Softaculous website, but I can't seem to get Softaculous to connect via FTP to install it.

Is it missing from x10's list on purpose? If not, could someone please re-add it? I say "re-add" because a user on here implied that you had it once before.
If it can't be added, could someone explain how to connect Softaculous to my FTP?

Note: When entering my FTP details on Softaculous' website, it says "Specified FTP path does not exist." I've copied the correct path from cPanel, so I know it's correct.

They were never installed, as they were added recently.
