Softaculous not working

Whenever I try to access Softaculous, I get this error:
"Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator."

My server is starka.

Softaculous shows:
Powered By Free Softaculous 2.4 © 2009
and doesn't have Joomla, Wordpress, or others.

When I click on a script like SMF, I get the following error message:

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

Do they know about these problems? Aren't they going to offer the full range of Softaculous scripts?

Softaculous is one of the things that has yet to be implemented/tweaked. Though I don't think it is high in priority right now, getting the basics to work is main priority.
